We want you to love your CT Sounds apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
